We include a 60-minute grace period from your flight’s planned landing time, so you have plenty of time to clear customs, collect luggage and make your way through arrivals without any pressure.
Do you offer return airport transfers?
Yes — you can book one-way or return transfers. For return pickups, your flight is tracked so your driver is ready on arrival regardless of any schedule changes. Simply provide your inbound flight number at the time of booking.
How many passengers can travel in your vehicle?
Our primary vehicle is a Mercedes-Benz V-Class Extra Long Wheelbase, accommodating up to 7 passengers with generous luggage capacity of 7 to 9 large suitcases (approximately 23kg each) — making it ideal for groups and families travelling with full luggage.
For smaller parties, we also operate a BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer accommodating up to 4 passengers with 4 large suitcases. When you enquire, let us know your passenger numbers and luggage requirements and we’ll confirm the right vehicle for your journey.

How far in advance should I book a chauffeur?
We recommend booking as early as possible — particularly for early morning airport departures, peak travel periods, school holidays, multi-day hire and corporate itineraries. For standard journeys we will always do our best to accommodate shorter notice where availability allows. For major events or popular travel dates, earlier is always better..
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash. For corporate clients, account invoicing can be discussed. A deposit may be required for longer journeys, multi-day hire and peak dates. All pricing is confirmed clearly before booking is confirmed — no hidden charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made well in advance are accommodated where possible with no charge. However, late cancellations within 48 hours of departure may incur a cancellation fee, and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a higher fee — full details are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
For longer journeys, multi-day hire and peak dates, deposits are non-refundable within the agreed notice period.
We always handle changes fairly and on a case by case basis — if something unexpected happens, talk to us directly.
Is Strada via Shad licensed and insured?
Yes — Strada Via Shad Ltd is fully licensed and compliant across every requirement for professional private hire operation in the UK.
Our licences are issued by City of Wolverhampton Council and cover all three legal requirements: our Private Hire Driver Licence , our Private Hire Vehicle Operator’s Licence (No. PHOP750), and our Private Hire Vehicle Licence for our Mercedes-Benz V-Class (No. PH58494). All licences are publicly verifiable via the Wolverhampton Council taxi licence register.
Our driver is DBS checked and holds a full professional driving licence, CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.
