Punctual, courteous, complementary water provided for long journeys. Waiting at collection point on time and carrying a brolly for cover for the short walk to the vehicle. The vehicle itself is clean, comfortable and has a super fast charge for your phone. Recommended

I use Shad regularly for corporate travel - to and from meetings and events. The journeys are always pleasant, with comfortable surroundings and pleasant conversation. There is ample space and great facilities, including laptop charging, enabling me to work en route. Shad always goes above and beyond.

Fairly long drive, five hours all in all. Your man Shad was accomodating, especially with some of the older passengers wanting a stop or moaning about needing air. Kind and respectful. Vehicle needs a little love, but the ride was as comfortable as a five hour round trip can be. Good man.

It was a pleasure looking after the group and making sure everyone was comfortable during a long journey. With mixed ages on board, flexibility and patience always make the difference, so I’m glad the overall trip went smoothly.

For clarity, this was a driver-only group booking using the client’s arranged coach. Strada via Shad operates executive Mercedes vehicles for private and corporate travel, where presentation and comfort are always held to a high standard.

Where do I start... Exceptional service and timing wow! Travelled 3 consecutive days from Leicester to Manchester. Booked Shad for 2 consecutive days from Leicester to Salisbury and back and then the following day from Leicester to Bolton and back. Both being decently long trips, he was extremely accommodating. He kept the drive very smooth. I was able to stretch out, do some work without any motion sickness, and even take a nap, which is not something I usually do if I don’t know the person driving.
