Yes — real-time flight tracking is included as standard on every airport transfer booking. We monitor your flight from departure and automatically adjust your pickup time if your flight is delayed, diverted or arrives early. You do not need to contact us to let us know about delays.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur waits. We track your flight in real time and adjust the schedule automatically if your arrival time changes. There is no additional charge for standard delays. For very extended delays we will contact you directly to discuss options.
Do you offer meet-and-greet?
Yes. Your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a clearly displayed name board, assist with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. Up to one hour’s waiting time from your scheduled landing is included as standard..
How much luggage can I bring
Our V-Class fits up to 7 passengers and up to 9 large suitcases. If you have an unusually large amount of luggage please mention this when you enquire so we can confirm it is suitable.

Do you offer return journeys?
Yes. Return trips can be booked together for convenience and savings.
How do payments work?
A 20% deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due by one day before the day of travel. We will confirm payment details when your booking is confirmed.

Can I book for a group or family travelling together?
Yes. The V-Class is well suited to groups of up to 7 travelling together with luggage — which can make a chauffeur transfer more cost-effective per person than multiple taxis or separate train tickets.
Is a chauffeur transfer better than taking the train to Heathrow?
For most Midlands travellers a door-to-door chauffeur transfer offers significant practical advantages over the train. There is no need to manage luggage across multiple connections, no interchange at London stations, and your fare is fixed regardless of when you book. For groups of 3 or more the cost per person is often comparable to or less than the equivalent rail fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are available on request. Please advise the age and weight of the child when booking so we can ensure the correct seat is fitted.
How early should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred time, particularly for early morning departures, weekends and peak travel periods. That said we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability and you can reach us 24 hours a day.
Can I book a return journey?
Yes. Return journeys can be booked at the same time as your outbound transfer, meaning your airport pickup is already arranged and tracked before you even depart.
Do you cover early morning and late-night flights?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including bank holidays. There is no surcharge for unsociable hours — your quoted price is your price.
